Remarks:
The first U2 concert in Australia features The Edge and Adam Clayton suffering instrument malfunctions during Gloria. The Edge has further problems during Surrender. To make up for the problems, the band repeat Gloria in the encore to, in Bono’s words, “get it right this time”. 40 is the closer.
