Larry Mullen Jr receives the Lifetime Achievement Award from Yamaha

U2’s Larry Mullen Jr was awarded the Yamaha drums Lifetime achievement award at the National Association of Music Merchants’(NAMM) in San Diego. The all-star tribute to U2 drummer Larry Mullen, Jr. was in recognition of his entire career at the top and as a great brand ambassador behind a battery. Larry performed (without U2 band mates) and was accompanied by Nathan East, Butch Walker, Randy Brecker, among others. Nathan East served as musical director for the all-star tribute.
