Bono and The Edge are reportedly going to be involved in an upcoming film by Irish director John Carney called Sing Street. The news comes from a site called Screen Daily, which says this:

In what promises to be a heady brew, Carney’s long-time friends Bono and The Edge of U2 will compose original music.
